وافق خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، على إنشاء صندوق استثماري يرتبط تنظيميا بصندوق التنمية الوطني، يختص بما يتعلق بالفعاليات المرتبطة بقطاعات الثقافة والترفيه والرياضة والسياحة، ويهدف إلى بناء شراكات استراتيجية لتعظيم الأثر في القطاعات المستهدفة.
وبحسب جريدة أم القرى، أمس، يترأس مجلس إدارة الصندوق، الأمير محمد بن سلمان ولي العهد، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وزير الدفاع، رئيس مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، وعضوية كل من الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي بن فيصل، والأمير عبدالله بن بندر، والأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان، وهندي بن عبدالله السحيمي.
وشملت العضوية أيضا، عبدالعزيز بن إسماعيل طرابزوني، على أن يكون عضوا وأمينا، فضلا عن اثنين من ذوي الخبرة المالية يعينهما المجلس.
ووفقا للقرار، سيكون تمويل الصندوق من إيرادات مواسم السعودية، على أن تعد هيئة الخبراء في مجلس الوزراء – بالتنسيق مع من تراه من الجهات ذات العلاقة – ما يلزم لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة، خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوما من تاريخه.
من جانبه، قال لـ”الاقتصادية” عبدالعزيز طرابزوني، عضو وأمين الصندوق، إن الصندوق يهدف إلى استدامة وتعميم آثار الاستثمارات في قطاعات السياحة والترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، واستدامة مواسم السعودية، مشيرا إلى أنه سيتم العمل على صياغة استراتيجيته وتفاصيل أعماله في الفترة القليلة المقبلة.
وأوضح أن هدف الصندوق استثماري تنموي، إذ سيدخل في استثمارات في عدة قطاعات، وكذلك تنمية هذه القطاعات السعودية من خلال شراكات مع جهات عالمية لديها خبرة في هذه المجالات.
وبين أنه “عندما تقام فعالية في السعودية من جهة عالمية، سنحاول أن نستخلص أكبر قدر من القيمة من هذه الشراكات، وليس فقط الفعالية بعينها”، متوقعا أن تتضح خريطة الطريق للصندوق في مطلع عام 2020 أو في الربع الأول من العام نفسه.
