أعلنت النيابة العامة السعودية، أمس، إطاحة خمسة مسؤولين اتهموا في قضايا فساد إداري ومالي، وصدور مجموعة أحكام ضدهم بالسجن تجاوز مجموعها 32 عاماً، إضافة إلى عقوبات مالية تجاوزت 9 ملايين ريال (2.4 مليون دولار).
وقالت النيابة العامة في بيان إنه إثر مطالبتها بإثبات الإدانة تجاه خمسة من المتهمين في قضايا فساد إداري ومالي، تمثلت في تبديد الأموال العامة، والتصرف في الممتلكات الحكومية، والمتاجرة بالوظيفة الحكومية، والإثراء غير المشروع، فقد صدرت أحكام ابتدائية مؤخراً في هذه القضايا بالإدانة للمتهمين جميعاً.
وأضافت أنها «جمعت أكثر من 300 دليل وقرينة ضد المتهمين، وقدمتها في لائحة الدعوى العامة للمحكمة المختصة في هذا الشأن، ما أسفر عن صدور مجموعة أحكام ضد المدانين تجاوز مجموعها 32 عاماً، إضافة إلى عقوبات مالية تجاوزت تسعة ملايين ريال، مع مصادرة المبالغ المالية الموجودة في حساباتهم الشخصية».
وأشارت النيابة العامة إلى أنه «من بين المدانين في هذه القضايا، مسؤول قبض عليه متلبساً بتسلم مبالغ مالية على سبيل الرشوة، لتمرير بعض الإجراءات غير النظامية، إضافة إلى اشتراكه في تزوير محرر عرفي، وإدانته باستغلال نفوذه الوظيفي لتحقيق مصلحة شخصية، وثبوت إدانته كذلك بالاشتغال بالتجارة رغم كونه موظفاً عاماً، وبلغ مجموع الأحكام الصادرة بحقه 12 عاماً، وغرامة مالية تجاوزت المليون ريال».
وأوضحت النيابة إدانة مسؤول آخر بالاشتراك عن طريق الاتفاق بتزوير محرر عرفي، وتسلم وحيازة مبالغ متحصلة من جريمة الرشوة، والاشتغال بالتجارة رغم كونه موظفاً عاماً.
وطالت الأحكام القضائية الصادرة طبقاً لمطالبة النيابة العامة بعض الكيانات التجارية التي تم تغريمها مالياً وحرمانها من التعاقد مع أي جهة عامة لمدة محددة، وفق الأنظمة العقابية ذات العلاقة.
وأكدت النيابة العامة أنها «لن تتوانى عن تقديم الفاسدين والخائنين للأمانة التي حُمّلوها، للمحاكم المختصة، لينالوا جزاءهم العادل؛ حماية لهذا الوطن الغالي».
